After a long trip around the world, she is now back at
the reception and in the restaurant, much to everyone’s delight.
Liza’s husband, our current chef. Self-taught and above all passionate, he will delight you with his seasonal dishes and menus throughout the season.
The father, gathered key experience as Chef in the kitchen of the exceptional restaurants “Tour d’Argent” and the “Crillon” in Paris. His passion today is to work the local sandstone and wood from the forest nearby which you will discover in every detail of the hotel and the restaurant.
The mother, a real professional in tourism and expert of the region, will welcome you together with her team and will be able to answer to your questions. Their goal is to contribute to your stay and make from your vacation a delightful relaxing time.
