Thomas Dumoulin is very creative at using the local seasonal cuisine. He comes back home after 10 years in 3 star-michelin restaurants like the “Auberge de l’Ill” in Illhaeusern and the “Suquet” in Laguiole where he learned from Michel et Sébastien Bras.
Thomas' return home ensured the continuity of the quality of the restaurant, which was awarded “Restaurant of the year” (by G. Pudlowski).
