It all began with the family restaurant “La Meunière” in 1967 which enjoyed a new birth once Jean-Luc took it over in 1987 back from his top experience as Chef at the unrivalled restaurants of “La Tour d’Argent” and “Le Crillon” in Paris.
Together with his wife Francesca, they have created the current house with 25 rooms, a meeting and banqueting facility, a relaxation area and the restaurant located next to an exclusive terrace and its unique view to the Haut Koenigsbourg castle.
La Meunière stands for a place with delicious fine food and relaxation in an authentic personalized atmosphere. The Chef Thomas, the son, took over the control of the cuisine after 10 years of experience and 2 and 3 stars-Michelin restaurants.
